Looking Back - Carter's 6th Birthday

Well, I am a little late posting Carter's 6th birthday party pictures.  I was a tad busy around that time.  Knox was born just two weeks before his party.  

Carter and Brooke decided to have their third annual dual birthday celebration at the local gym.

Not Training Anymore

About 6 months ago, Carter was at a birthday party.  Some girl friends of his told him to ride a bike (without training wheels) down the driveway.  He had never done this before.  

Before I knew it, he was half way down the driveway. 

However, on his own bike (and without cute little girls present) he wasn't quite ready.  Until a few days ago.  

 Not much commentary to add here.  It was simple.

He got on the bike.  And pedaled away.

And pedaled....and pedaled.

Great job Carter!

Trip to Enchanted Rock

The wildflowers have been beautiful this spring.  We took advantage of the beautiful spring days while we can and have made several trips out and about to explore the hill country.  

A few weeks ago, we took all of the boys out to Enchanted Rock.

One of which is very drooly at 3 months old. Will he get his first tooth at 4 months old like his big brother Carter?
