Strawberry Snack

Carter loves to snack on fruit. I'm so grateful that he enjoys snacking on an apple, strawberries, or grapes and that it's all his idea. Don't get me wrong, he likes candy too, and that's always his idea.

Cannon can easily climb on the kitchen table now.

Carter quickly guards the strawberries.

Swimming Lessons

Carter continues to make progress at his weekly swim lesson. He is ready to show off his skills this summer. That i s his head just to the right of the "3" on the far side of the pool.

Right now they are working on keeping their legs straight while they kick and a rollover breath. He likes wearing these cool fins.


Poor Cannon. He has been sick this week and we drug him along. I didn't mind the extra snuggles and he was quite a trooper.

A "Booshel" and a Peck

The "Wheeler"

Carter got a hand me down "wheeler" (his term) from a nurse at the hospital...the nurses love him. Sometimes Carter comes home with a new pencil, this time he got an awesome new (to him) toy.

He rides it around the yard, honks the horn, hooks things up to it and tows them around, gets it stuck in the mud, loads it up with rocks, sticks, dirt, dumps it out...

But what I love about the wheeler is this...

Yes, Cannon is pretty laid-back, but he does like to swipe things and RUN off with the swiped item.
