A great day for some lemonade

first basketball game

Carter had his first basketball game today.  My cheeks were sore from laughing.  The kids had a great time and the parents were thoroughly entertained.  I was surprised with how well they did - the coaches have done a great job!  Especially since I don't think Carter has ever actually seen a basketball game.

He dribbled and scored...a lot!

Like soccer, when Carter gets the ball, he is focused totally on scoring.  No matter how long it takes, he will carefully dribble the ball to the goal.  His concentration is impressive and hilarious at the same time.
