A Conversation with Carter

Carter loves playing with the water hose.


Usually, instead of taking a nap, he wants to go outside and play with the hose and wash his cars, our cars, water my plants, water the garden, spray Murphy with the hose, spray himself with the hose.


And because it will keep him thoroughly entertained for an hour or so, I usually let him.


However, I noticed he was "setting up the hose" and then walking off.


Here is what he had to say when I asked him why he had left the water running in the grass...

Now exhale....

So if you have had more than a 5 second conversation with Carter, I'm sure you can imagine that he had a very logical explanation for all of this.

We found this ladybug by the pond and Carter and I transported her to the garden. He named her Lady Ga Ga.
